Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website or with us on WhatsApp. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive its order number. For a first order we may contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we can't reach you, a product is no longer available or the delivery day can no longer be served. If we do, you pay nothing.

3. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. The amount in Lebanese pounds uses our rate on the day you order, rounded, and stays fixed on your order. The delivery fee for your area is shown before you place your order.

4. Payment

We accept cash only: on delivery, or when you pick up your order. If we agree that you pay before delivery (by Whish, OMT or at our shop), payment is due 24 hours before the delivery day; otherwise the order may be cancelled.

5. Delivery and pickup

We deliver on the day you choose. Times are estimates. Please give a correct address and phone number and make sure someone can receive the order. If no one answers, the order is refused, or a pickup order is not collected, the order counts as not collected and is not refunded. After 2 orders not collected, we may only take your orders on WhatsApp.

6. Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel your order free of charge until 18:00 the day before your delivery day, by messaging us on WhatsApp. After that, your order is already being made and can't be cancelled.

7. Freshness and complaints

Our chocolates are fresh food made for you, so we can't take them back. If something is wrong (a damaged, missing or wrong item), send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund the affected part.

8. Our products

Every piece is made by hand, so shape and colour vary slightly, and photos are for illustration. If an ingredient is unavailable, we may replace a piece with a similar one and will tell you first.

9. Allergens and storage

Each product page lists its allergens. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so traces are possible. Please check before ordering, especially when ordering for someone else. Once delivered, keep your chocolates as described on our Allergens & storage page; we can't be responsible for damage from heat or poor storage after delivery.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to it. These terms are governed by Lebanese law.
