This page explains what we collect when you order from Noalys Chocolatier, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.

• Your delivery address and any notes for the driver.

• Your orders: what you ordered, when, and how you paid.

• If you create an account: your saved addresses, and your password, stored encrypted so no one can read it.

• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by email or through our forms.

Why we use it

To make and deliver your order, to contact you about it, to send you order emails, and to keep our records. We also keep track of orders that weren't collected, to protect our kitchen from orders no one receives.

Who sees it

Only our team, and the driver, who sees your name, phone, address and the amount to collect. Our website and database are hosted by service providers in the European Union, and our emails are sent through an email provider. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

Cookies

We only use the cookies the shop needs to work: your cart, your language, signing in and security.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for our accounts. Carts that are not ordered are deleted after a while. You can ask us to delete your account and your details at any time, except what we must keep for our records.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp at +961 78 785 356 or email noalyschocolatier@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with Lebanese law.

If we change this page, the new version applies from the day it is published here.
