Ordering

How far ahead do I need to order?

At least 1 day before your delivery day. Orders placed after 18:00 count as placed the next day. The calendar at checkout shows the first day you can pick.

Why is a day greyed out in the calendar?

Either it's too soon, we're closed that day, or the day is already full. We make a limited number of orders each day, so popular days fill up early.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can order as a guest. An account is optional and lets you see your past orders and order again quickly.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. You can change or cancel until 18:00 the day before your delivery day. After that, your chocolates are already being made.

How do I follow my order?

After you order, you get a private link to your order page. It shows each step, from received to delivered.

Where do you deliver?

See Delivery & pickup for our areas. The fee for your area shows at checkout before you place your order. You can also pick up your order for free in Bchamoun.

How do I pay?

Cash only: pay the driver on delivery, or pay when you pick up. You can pay in US dollars or Lebanese pounds; both amounts show on your order.

Will my chocolates melt in summer?

We pack and carry every order with care so it arrives in perfect shape. Once it arrives, bring it inside and keep it somewhere cool (16–18 °C), out of the sun.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Our chocolates

Do your chocolates contain nuts or other allergens?

Each product page lists what it contains and may contain. Everything is made in one kitchen that handles nuts, milk and other allergens, so traces are possible. See Allergens & storage.

How should I store them, and for how long?

Between 16 and 18 °C, somewhere dry and away from light. Avoid the fridge. Enjoy them within 2 to 3 weeks.

Do you make orders for weddings, events or companies?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the date, the number of guests or boxes, and what you have in mind.
