Delivery & pickup

Made for your delivery day

Every order is made by hand for the day you choose. Pick your delivery day at checkout: the calendar only shows days that still have room.

  • Order ahead: at least 1 day before your delivery day.

  • Daily cutoff: orders placed after 18:00 (Beirut time) count as placed the next day.

  • Delivery days: Monday to Sunday.

  • We make a limited number of orders each day. When a day is full it is greyed out, so order early for holidays and occasions.

Delivery

We deliver to Bchamoun, Aramoun, Khalde and Beirut. The delivery fee for your area shows at checkout before you place your order, and some areas get free delivery above a set amount.

Please keep your phone close on your delivery day. We may call or message you on WhatsApp for directions.

Pickup

Prefer to collect? Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from us in Bchamoun. Pickup is free. The address and opening hours show at checkout and on your order page.

In warm weather

Chocolate doesn't like heat. In the warm months we pack and carry every order with extra care, so it reaches you in perfect shape. When it arrives, bring it inside straight away and keep it somewhere cool (16–18 °C), out of the sun. Never leave it in a car.

Paying

We take cash only: pay the driver on delivery, or pay when you pick up. Your total shows in US dollars and in Lebanese pounds at our rate of the day.

Following your order

After you order, you get a private link to follow your order from received to delivered. You don't need an account.
